BUYING the right property you need… This is simply done by giving us the details of your requirements, what you expected to own, use, or invest into. When it is a residential property, give us the size (in sqm.) of the lot or floor area of the house or condominium, how much you are ready to pay or financed. Once we determined all these requirements, we search from the inventories of developers or from the existing listings that we have, and then send you through email the pictures and other details.
SELLING or LEASING your existing real estate property… We are able to do this because we received inquiries for properties for sale/lease from property owners. If the listing we have matches with the inquiry, then we can immediately sell your property. If not, then we check from our contacts who are interested to buy/lease properties for their use or for business purposes.
VALUATION of your existing property… We are a licensed real estate appraiser and we undertake valuation based on factors that determine the fair market value of your property. Our valuation is used for sales purposes, or for other uses that the property owner has a need of it.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT… We manage properties that are entrusted to us like seeing to it that these are put to productive use. We take care of its overall use and maintenance, if that would be part of your need for our services.
